Drop Off
Our salon schedule is carefully managed based on your appointment time to ensure everyone’s safety and a smooth workflow. If you find yourself running late, please give us a call. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, we might have to cancel your appointment.

Pick Up
Please allow at least 2 hours for all grooming appointments. Sometimes, grooming might take a bit longer depending on your dog’s temperament, health, and coat condition. We’ll keep you updated via text or phone call once your furry friend is ready to be picked up. While we aim to complete services within the allocated time, working with live animals can be unpredictable. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
